Delaware Tech’s Mardi Gras Fundraiser Raises Nearly $118,000
The 19th annual Mardi Gras gala hosted by the Stanton and Wilmington campuses drew approximately 450 guests to the newly renovated East Building on the George Campus. Thanks to the generosity of sponsors and attendees, the event raised nearly $118,000.

While the 2022-23 Delaware Tech men's basketball season didn't quite go as hoped from a record standpoint, there were several outstanding individual accomplishments that occurred.

Sophomore Syed Myles made history this season when he surpassed 1,000 career points with the Delaware Technical Community College men's basketball team. At the very least, Myles is the first basketball player to accomplish such a feat in the past 10 seasons.

Delaware Tech's baseball team had a tremendous 2022 regular season, finishing with a 31-7 record and the top seed in the NJCAA Region 19 Championship Tournament. Unfortunately, the team went 1-3 in the postseason and was eliminated before the championship game.

The country’s longest veterans’ parade, Wreaths Across America’s annual “Escort to Arlington,” stopped at Delaware Tech’s Stanton Campus on Dec. 15. The 12-truck convoy passed through Delaware on its way to Arlington National Cemetery to deliver wreaths to our nation’s interred veterans.
